How and when do we collect your personal data?

The MALI LOŠINJ TB collects personal data for the purpose of marketing, improving our business operations and enhancing your user experience. To that end, the MALI LOŠINJ TB developed a comprehensive privacy programme designed to respect and protect rights to data privacy, project analysis and implementation, marketing, as well as other forms of technical support.

We treat your personal data as confidential and they are duly protected by the MALI LOŠINJ TB and/or our trusted partners.

Apart from the aforementioned data we process upon visits to the website, below you can find a detailed list of other types of personal data, along with the purposes of their collection and use, which we collect and process in our ordinary course of business in connection with the registered activities of the MALI LOŠINJ TB:

o    The MALI LOŠINJ TB collects and processes personal data of its employees and other associates for the purpose of executing the employment contracts concluded with the employees and consultation contracts and/or service contracts concluded with the associates, relating to personnel, administrative or other business/contractual purposes. In the latter case, we collect and process data such as: name, surname, sex, marital status, citizenship, place of residence, date and place of birth, personal identification number; title, occupation, data on professional development and training, data related to health insurance, work experience; data on the account number (IBAN), photo and signature.

o    We collect and process data from suppliers, sponsors and other clients, for the purpose of meeting contractual obligations, such as: name and surname of the authorised person in the legal entity; contact details of the person authorised for communication and execution of contractual obligations; academic and professional qualifications of authorised persons in the legal entity and signature of the authorised person.

o    Data of job candidates collected and processed by the MALI LOŠINJ TB, all for the purpose of potential employment, may include: name, surname, address, contact information (e-mail address, telephone number, mobile phone number), photo, level of education, citizenship, title and occupation, data on previous work experience, data on professional development and training, as well as test results that may also reflect the ability of the candidate to perform all work duties that the specific position applied for requires from the candidate.

o    Data of accommodation service provider collected and processed by the MALI LOŠINJ TB, for the purpose of improving the service and/or marketing, may include: name, surname, address and contact information (e-mail address, telephone number, mobile number).

o    Data of members of the MALI LOŠINJ TB, members of the monitoring work group, members of the general assembly of the MALI LOŠINJ TB, members of the tourist council, president of the MALI LOŠINJ TB, collected and processed by the MALI LOŠINJ TB, all for the purpose of meeting obligations pursuant to relevant regulations and by-laws, may include: name, surname, address, personal identification number, contact information (e-mail address, telephone number, mobile phone number), signature, level of education, citizenship, title and occupation.

o    We collect and process e-mail address information from legal entities, i.e. potential business partners, institutions, media, etc., for the purposes of inclusion on the mailing list and sending notifications about events and activities, which e-mail address may contain the name and surname of the employees or the authorised person in the subject-matter legal entity.

The following persons may have access to personal data while performing their scope of work: legal entities that participate in the execution of legal relations with users, such as IT support and other companies that are connected to the MALI LOŠINJ TB, public entities that require the delivery of personal data in accordance with regulations that bind the MALI LOŠINJ TB and about which the MALI LOŠINJ TB keeps proper records of processing activities.

What privacy rights do you have?

The MALI LOŠINJ TB respects that every user should be able to ensure the accuracy, completeness and updating of their personal data. Where are your personal data stored?
