On May 3, 2025, the main square of Mali Lošinj will become the backdrop for the creation of the largest and tallest Lošinj crokant ever!
Master pastry chef Petar Goleš (Porat d.o.o.) will begin this challenging creation at 10 AM, and after a full day of crafting this impressive sweet, at 8 PM there will be a spectacular traditional sabre-breaking ceremony followed by a party with Parni Valjak!

This traditional treat of Lošinj's captains, made of sugar and almonds, symbolizes wealth and prosperity, and is prepared for the most important island celebrations.
