The result is increased customer satisfaction with the overall destination experience. Every participant in the IQM Destination Lošinj Project, in order to be in compliance with the quality of destination development, meet the expectations of partners and guests and establish connections – network with other IQM Destination Lošinj partners offering products and services at the destination, has to meet certain standards set for each individual group of stakeholders: hotels, restaurants, private landlords, tourist agencies, campsites, stores, souvenir shops and wellness amenities.
