Congrats to the winners of the first Losinj XCO edition; Emanuele Huez (IT), Giorgia Marchet (IT), David Sandić (RH) and Carlotta Bocchio Vega (IT) in Elite categories!
The new XCO mountain bike race on the island of Lošinj will take place in the beautiful Čikat forest in the town of Mali Lošinj. The race is certified in the UCI Class 2 category, so riders will be clashing for top honours in the men's and women's Elite and Junior categories.
Since it is an Olympic discipline, the competitors will earn points for the Olympic Games in Paris. The race is also on the Croatian Cup calendar. We expect around 200 competitors.
The track is 4 km long with a height difference of 100m. It features all the elements of a modern XCO such as climbs, beautiful, flowing descents and, of course, technical sections.
